Snotting and Sneezing and Fevers, Oh My

Unfortunately, we are experiencing another first for Staley...her first illness (including a low-grade fever).  And although her nose is constantly running and her eyes are glassy and her cheeks are flushed, Staley is being a trooper.  Napping is difficult since it's hard to sleep when you can't breath well, but not sleeping well and not feeling well hasn't seemed to keep Staley down too much.  Staley has generally been her happy little self.  A little more subdued and a little more sensitive, but happy nonetheless.  Missing her first Walles family Halloween party was a bummer, but I guess staying home all day with mom and dad, reading books, and even getting to watch a Baby Einstein video hasn't been all bad.

Remedy for illness:  Cuddling on the couch with Daddy and a good book
