June? Here and Gone

We got back from our California trip just in time to kick off our summer schedule.  NTA classes started back up.  The State Farm pool was open.  Cross country summer runs got underway.  There were dance team practices and Miracle Camp and time with friends.  Here's a quick look at our June...

Staley enjoyed a fun day of shopping with Uma and Papa and Lila for Lila's birthday.

Dance team had practice 4 days a week from 8:45-12:00 when Adelie was available...which wasn't really that often.  She did get to enjoy a day at a water park in Springfield with the MS and HS dancers.

The girls and I went to see some NTA friends in 'Mean Girls' at the Chillicothe Players.

Staley ran the Heart House 5K with Briggs to help pace him.  He finished in 26:35.

Adelie and Stella spent a week at Miracle Camp.  They had a great time!

They were so excited to have Olivia as their cabin leader and Katie as their assistance cabin leader.

Staley had a really big June.  She got her braces off...FINALLY!!!

She started her first official job at Uncle Bob's, scooping ice cream...

and got a bank account.  Lots of big changes around here!

We spent some time with cousins watching softball games...

baseball games...

swimming and play dates.  We always love time with cousins!

There have also been multiple play dates and birthday parties and pool dates with friends.

I don't always get pictures, but I do love the friends that my kids have.

Staley and I went to see NTA friends perform in 'Sweeney Todd.'  It wasn't my favorite show, btu it's always fun to spend time with NTA friends.

We celebrated Cade's graduation with a fun dinner and family bags' tournament.  It was a lot of fun!!  (Staley was working so she had to miss out.)

Because of vacations and camp and work and a rain out, we only went to one NTA performance in June.  But it was a good one as Singapella performed at the Tremont Community Center.

Staley had HS cross country open runs 2-3 days each week while we had MS cross country open runs 2 days each week in June.  It was fun to get a sneak peek at the team for this year.

We filled our June with running and camp and theater and friends and swimming and working and outdoor fun.  It went fast and, of course, finished off with our week in Pentwater.  Time continues to fly, and summer is no exception.  Good-bye, June!  July...here we come!
