On Saturday, we went to State Farm to meet Santa.
Staley didn't want to sit on Santa's lap, but happily told him what she wanted.
Adelie was the opposite. She was happy to sit on his lap, but wasn't real vocal about what she wanted.
We also enjoyed the opportunity to take some festive pictures.
Zach and I did most of the Christmas decorating on Saturday night after the girls went to bed, but we left some ornaments for Staley to put on the tree. We also got an advent calendar for this year. So on Sunday morning, we had some fun decorating time as a family.
Staley enjoyed putting her ornaments on the tree, although many of them ended up in the same general area.

Staley wasn't too keen on the 'only putting one ornament on each day' plan. So according to our calendar, Christmas is already here.
To top off our week-end of Christmas fun, Staley sang in her very first church Christmas program this afternoon. She'd been practicing her 2 songs for the past several weeks, and enjoyed her 2 minutes of fame.
