The sun was out. The temperature was in the 40's. I had a little time before dinner. So I went to visit a special friend who I haven't spent much time with since the weather turned cold. And I realized just how much I had missed him.
My running shoes and I are ready for spring when we can resume our regular visits and, once again, foster this special relationship.
