Good-bye, February!

Although we have yet to say good-bye to cold weather and dreary days, at least we are one month closer to spring.  February may be my least favorite month of the year, but we still had a few fun activities to help get us through.

All 3 kids had Valentine's parties at school.  Briggs and I were pretty valentined out by the end of the day as we attended all 3 together.

Staley and Adelie enjoyed a fun play date and sleepover when Lilian came over one week-end.

Zach took Staley and Adelie for a night out to the Daddy Daughter Dance.

It was an Under the Sea themed event (bonus!) and human Ariel was a high school student that the girls know through Stage Kids (double bonus!)

Staley hung out with a few of her good friends at the dance.  And since Adelie considers all Staley's friends her friends too, they all had a great time together.

We've also had volleyball games and practices as Staley (and her assistant coach mother) have enjoyed her first season of volleyball.

There have been some fun school activities to break up the month, like Jump Rope for Heart and Dr. Seuss week.

February has been cold and dreary.  We've spent too much time inside.  There have been movie nights, game nights, pajama days, lots of inside playing, and puzzling.  We are all more than ready for spring!!
